We are hearing rumors of closing and selling of total assets of Brundage. Rumor has it that some 600 pumps are on the auction block by the lender. Anyone know if this is true, or just another rumor?
Here in California, the new emission laws are closing down a lot of trucking companies, but so far the pump companies have gotten an extension. We are wondering if this may be part of the rumored selling of Brundage pumps.
All diesel trucks have to have California compliant smog devices, and cannot idle for more than 10 minutes. Most newer pumps shut down at 10 minutes automatically, except when in PTO.
Just wondering. The Brundage pumpers always seem to like the company, hard to imagine it's closing again.
