    SUPER DUNNAGE Empty SUPER DUNNAGE

Post by ConcretePumpingPeople Mon Oct 29, 2012 3:20 pm

Did a job today, and used all of the contractors wood. Only thing wrong with the way i set the pump up is the wood being used is Pine. Other than that, I think its a pretty safe setup. What do you think? Any suggestions ?

I had to load all 4 outriggers the same way.

Absolutely. Old 42M schwings are THE most stable. Plus you can short rig the hell out of them. Oooops, did I say that? LOL. I actually turned an old one completely around on the outriggers one time when I got stuck and then drovve it out forward.

If the jobs not safe and contractor doesn't ha've wood for me they have three choices.

    Either trailer pump
    Get Me wood
    Or job dont happen.

Gotta Be assholes to these folks sometimes because they think your pump Is a super machine that will never flip

2x2 pads r not enough. So important to carry extra dunnage. I use anything I can get but I'm gonna soon cut up some sections of 3' or 4' 4x8

I should just carry an extra 4 square pads with me. The 96 schwing 28 meter we got has racks on it to carry 8 pads. Its nice. I'm thinking about building something like that if I have room.

Gonna be changing the fuel tank on it soon though, because I keep having to fill my tank constantly. I'm gonna put a freightliner fuel tank on the passenger side! That'll do Very Happy
